A good life comes from a healthy lifestyle — from eating well and exercising to building relationships and making positive decisions.

Our aim

We want to establish and support good habits in young people to help them lead a happy, healthy and prosperous life. Our healthy living programme encourages good eating habits and a common-sense approach to nutrition as well as exercise, socialising, teamwork and empathy.


Two nights a week we work on healthy living skills with a range of activities, including cooking lessons and juicing sessions as well as sports and athletics from basketball and football to badminton and boxing.
